A visa seeker generally comes to our office or communicates virtually to avail of our service and pay the service charge in full. A case officer generates a unique ID and Tracking Number for him. His case is then passed on to the Consultancy Team.
Documents and passports are received at the counter and screened for accuracy. All the documents are checked thoroughly and the clients are informed if any other document is required.
When the documents are ready, passport transit approval is arranged for the Ministry of Home Affairs, Bangladesh. With the approval, passports are sent to Bengaltrips India Office in New Delhi.
After receiving the documents and passports in the Bengaltrips New Delhi office, appointments are arranged depending on availability. Demand Drafts/Bank Deposits for visa fees are made prior to Submission.
At a given date, the documents and passport are submitted at the designated visa application center/Embassy. Receipts/ICR invoices are acquired and shared with the clients through email.
During the processing, the visa office may ask for additional documents or information. At times, the processing is delayed for various reasons. Bengaltrips communicates with the visa office throughout the processing period.
Passports and other documents are collected by the Bengaltrips New Delhi office after the confirmation of collection received from the visa application center/Embassy.

Passports and Documents are received in Bengaltrips Dhaka office and clients are notified of the collection of their passports with the desired visa. Clients can either receive their passports directly from Bengaltrips Dhaka Office or take delivery by courier on request.
